Summary:
Responsibilities:
o Greet and assist our guests at the Camp Ticket Kiosk or Guest Services/Camp Box Office windowso Sell tickets for each vehicle entering the campground.
o Distribute will call to patrons on day of show,o Coordinate redemption of all promotional tickets (coupons, donation letters, etc.
)o Sell and/or distribute upgrade, if available.
o Collect money for shower access.
o Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity, using criteria such as color or date issued.
o Guide guests to camping sections and provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency.
o Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules.
o Direct guest to areas of interest including restrooms, concession stands and first aid/security.
o Refuse admittance to undesirable persons or persons without tickets or passes.
o Settle ticketing disputes or help solve other guest concerns.
o Become knowledgeable of all camping levels and locations.
o Reconcile cash drawers at end of shift with a supervisor.
Qualifications:
o Exemplary Customer service skills are a requiredo Excellent verbal and written communication skillso Cash handling experience is preferredo Familiar with Microsoft Office Suiteo Attention to detail, quality and accuracyo Strong relationship building and communication skillso Ability to work independentlyo Candidate will undergo a thorough background investigation prior to working.
