Summary:
Responsibilities:
Deliver exemplary customer service with friendly & warm interaction to maintain customer loyalty Scan barcodes on tickets upon guest entry Assist guests with ticketing issues and finding seat locations Directing guests to areas of interest Gaining knowledge of all venue maps, seating charts and venue policies to appropriately answer questions asked by guests.
Keep records of customer interactions or transaction, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as action taken.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation Assist with their work space trash pick-up at conclusion of event Other tasks as assigned by the Guest Services Manager Work in an outdoor environment in a variety of weather spring/summer weather conditions
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Have a Customer Service attitude and creative problem solving skills Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to execute venue's programs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Position requires constant walking, standing, lifting and occasional sitting This position hourly rate can range from $15.
